1.1          By registering on our website you can place orders directly on the website. If you already have a designated seller, you can contact him at any time and by any means during the purchase process on our website.

1.3          Placing an order implies full acceptance of the price, product specifications and conditions of sale.

1.4          Once the order is completed, an invoice will be generated that cannot be modified in any way (Royal Decree 1619/2012, of November 30, which approves the Regulations that regulate billing obligations). If a modification is necessary, a return invoice will be generated and a new invoice will then be issued.

2           Quality defect and quantity errors      

2.1          At the time of receipt of the merchandise, the customer has the obligation to count the merchandise received and check the status of each box, if there is any anomaly in relation to the quantity or status of any product, a record must be made on the delivery note or delivery receipt.

2.2          The client must notify to AITECH INTEGRATE,S.L. any quality / quantity defect by email within a maximum period of 3 business days from receipt of the product. Subsequently, you must contact a commercial specialist within a maximum period of 5 business days.

2.3          After the above period without any notification of claim by the customer, it will be understood that the customer has received the merchandise in perfect condition and complete. Claims for missing materials, errors or damaged products will not be accepted.

2.4          In the case of determining the cause of the problem, the quality or quantity defects will be charged to AITECH INTEGRATE,S.L. and will be followed up with the client.


3.1 AITECH INTEGRATE,S.L. will deliver the order according to:

Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. (if payment conditions are met and stock is available) will be shipped the same day,

Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. (if payment conditions are met and stock is available) are shipped the next day.

3.2 On the order payment page, if a delivery address is not specified for said order, it will be sent to the default delivery address entered by the customer during registration as a new registration.

3.3 Delivery time is generally 24-72 business hours, depending on region, country and stock availability. In any case, you can consult the commercial department in advance.

3.4 Shipping dates are estimates and are not binding. The actual arrival date will depend on the transport company, AITECH INTEGRATE,S.L. can only guarantee the date of shipment, but not the date of arrival. Exceeding the arrival time cannot be a reason for the customer to claim direct or indirect compensation or the rejection of the order, especially the obligation to pay.

3.5 If the client requests to change the delivery address after the shipment has been made, or if it is not well specified, the client will be responsible for the additional costs produced by said incidents.

3.6 For shipments outside of Spain (including the Canary Islands) AITECH INTEGRATE, S.L. is not responsible for any management related to the import (customs, VAT, etc.)

AITECH INTEGRATE,S.L. reserves the right to modify the above conditions without prior notice.
